materialistic trait not working?

i have drawn 2 heroes in another province and the materials and the armaments income didn't change. not when i moved one out of the province, and neither when i moved the second one out. also not when i moved them in again.

i tried to figure out if it is juwt the prognosed number displayed, but when i went into details, it showed what had changed from last to this turn so in summery, that details are useless.

so, anyone figured out, is it just a display bug or is the mechanic itself bugged?

nope, the total doesn't. if we mean the same. that what is displayed top middle screen next to slave management. it changes next turn only for me, not in real time. i don't have this issue with the goldincome display.
