How do I purge Workshop Files from Wh1 and Wh2?
I've realized I sitll have them and I do not wish to go thru and unsubscribe to hundreds of mods. Is there a faster way?

Whatever you do I'd disable all mods in the game launcher first. Before unticketyticking in Workshop.

There will still be remnant files left under Workshop folder under Steam , too. Might wanna delete that as well.

You can find the location by looking it up on the usual freespeechless search engine(s).

Here you go:
X\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\1142710 <<< This is Warhammer 3 folder!

Thinking of doing a siege mod anyway so may as well know where it is again...

Find the app Id for wh1 and 2 and delete the folders with that number in your steam workshop folder.

Btw: i dislike that steam works with these numbers - why not name the folders properly, so You can easily find a mod for a game, instead of clicking through all the folders, till You found the right one?

The mods themselves also have unique IDs (it's in the URL of the mod page) so you just go to that number inside that game's workshop folder.

Yes - but the easier way would be to name the folder like the mods - and perhaps add some number to it to make them unique if 2 have the same name, which shouldn´t be the case for games because of copyright and all that. That would save the back and forth - even if i don´t do that often - only when i want to change something manually in the mod. And when i uninstall a game i don´t know - and care - if all the connected mods are deleted either, in the hopes they are...

But when i see folders named like "11726347" and "34246432876" i don´t know how that is helpful, even more so, when the folder inside of these ones are named like that as well, but then the folder contains the name of the mod, or something which could tell me what mod that is. It´s also easier, when i know to have 2 mods in this game, and 4 in another. I don´t use 100+ mods for most games, and if: i would have a proper mod manager installed for it - and all mods would be in a different folder - and the downloads were from other sites than steam, which name them properly...
