There will still be remnant files left under Workshop folder under Steam , too. Might wanna delete that as well.
You can find the location by looking it up on the usual freespeechless search engine(s).

But when i see folders named like "11726347" and "34246432876" i don´t know how that is helpful, even more so, when the folder inside of these ones are named like that as well, but then the folder contains the name of the mod, or something which could tell me what mod that is. It´s also easier, when i know to have 2 mods in this game, and 4 in another. I don´t use 100+ mods for most games, and if: i would have a proper mod manager installed for it - and all mods would be in a different folder - and the downloads were from other sites than steam, which name them properly...
