Nothing stopping it from being that either. Remember the blog said "wizards from every Lore of Magic" in reference to the Gelt's Colleges of Magic mechanic, which isn't part of the DLC, but the Empire Legacy update that's coming for free with the patch.

Hey, absolutely no wrong in being suspicious when SEGA is involved.

But maybe as mentioned by loots. They are looking at some of the past, using some of the good ideas before what ever SEGA MBA bro threw weight at CA.

My infor actually comes from Loremaster of Sotek.

Has the beta update and said it was coming as FLC along with numerous changes to the LLs. Gelt finally getting love apperently.
