Franz got the Elector Counts system reworked and expanded. Gelt got the brand new Colleges of Magic system. Thorgrim gets the very appropriate Great Book of Grudges rework and expansion. Ungrim gets... sweet ♥♥♥♥ all as far as I can tell.
I hope it's just the content creator missing it out, but it looks like Ungrim has been completely forgotten about, which isn't good because he's probably the worst Dwarf LL; good at fighting in battle, but completely boring and worthless from a campaign perspective.
Given that it's a slayer-themed DLC lord I'd think that Ungrimm would get at least a little love, especially considering the work that's been done retooling the Empire. But only time will tell.
Fairly certain that is for all dwarf factions, not Thorgrim specifically.
Just to be clear the GBOG video is the free race update coming with the 5.0 patch, this isn't part of the dlc.
The book of grudges has always been a dwarf race mechanic in all 3 games, rather then a faction mechanic. Like the empires authority that is shared between all the empire factions even after the rework (they just need to take a territory in the empire to trigger it). Or Nurgles plagues.
From a lore perspective, while Thorgim has the great book of grudges, every dwarf hold (and likely every clan in that hold) have their own lesser book of grudges.
Now there is not to say that there might not be differences, for example even in the book of grudges mechanic we have now different factions have different grudges and rewards, but they all have a book of grudges mechanic.
That is not the DLC, its the rework that everyone get for free.
