This mod fixed the sissy Disney Mulan Cathay

Bless this man. This is the problem i had of how CA created Cathay. Though the problem remains with the stupid floating cities that make Cathay look like some Disney MMORPG wonderland. Itd be nice if Cathay just looked like Feudal China. ITs the reason why Cathay looks off putting in the realm of Warhammer.

Thanks to this modder i can atleast play Cathay now.

Apparently, this mod does nothing about the female voices for the units it made male only, making it even more jarring.

To all the Reddit / ResetEra neckbeard virgins: Chill. It's a mod. Don't install it if you don't like it.

To the OP: It's fine if you like the mod and want to use it, but to say that Cathay having female soldiers doesn't make sense is rather silly for two reasons.
• First, Warhammer is a fantasy setting. If you want historical Earth realism, then Warhammer probably isn't for you (wait until you find out about the Amazons).
• Second, Grand Cathay is based around the concept of harmony between Yin (female) and Yang (male), hence why Yang units tend to be male and Yin units tend to be female.
So yes, there is a lore reason for it.

Remember: Cathay isn't "Feudal China", it's Cathay. There's nothing out of place about floating buildings and female soldiers in a fantasy setting (just look around, the Warhammer world is already full of floating rocks and buildings).

Cathay needs no cosmetic fixes, just more base content. And even Chinese creators of fantasy China depictions go for those floating thingies (mihiyo and gacha hell genshin, for instance). Visuals aside, it would be nicer if they actually introduced more regional/environmental effects like being unable to siege floating cities immediately (half-floating Weijin). So much quasi-empty geography, so few obstacles to overcome...
