Why does Sigvald still suck so much?

He's been terrible since Warhammer 1. CA had an opportunity to make him not such with their Warriors of Chaos expansion, but he still sucks as a legendary lord and is basically an afterthought. I don't understand why CA hates poor Siggy.

I played repeated battles against his faction (with him on the battlefield) on one campaign and had to resort to autoresolving because he was so hard.

Nope, Sigvald is considered one of the stronger duelists in the game (especially with his armor that gives regen).

As scion of Slaanesh, Sigvald is just as good at sucking as he is on the battlefield so idk what 's wrong with that.

Right? I encountered him fully kitted out and leveled as an AI and he was basically able to kill my entire army by himself. Regen, extremely high MD, Unbreakable...

Sigvald is a very good combatant and a very good commander for Chaos Infantry of Slaanesh.

Sigvald has been an excellent pick since WH1. HE's not quite in the OP range but he was one of the best pick you could get for a smooth Legendary difficulty back in WH1, was very decent in WH2 overall despite the WoC faction overall being completely lagging behind which tells you how good he was as a LL, and after the WoC revamp in WH3 he's back very strong, and he means business.
