Offensive Ambush Is Bad
Have to delete my post. Instead of Sympathy and Comfort, People of the Internet just criticize everything against their favorite, in order to gain self-satisfaction from others' misery and to show their superiorities over others.

Considering no arguments are accepted, guess the discussion was short.

No arguments are needed. I am just being emotional. Sometimes People play the game, sometimes the game plays the player. I just hate the later.

As for solution, I just delete the Tzeentch armies using console command (you can call it cheat), which gives me a good day.

its basically just a sneak attack
teleportation makes sneak attack a lot sneakier since they cant hear your footsteps coming

All according to plan.

No logic can be found in any offensive ambush, as the target should walk into the ambush, not the ambush walks into the target.
Ambushing a stationary army by teleporting in or from the ground like Skaven does makes perfect sense.

Tzenech teleports behind you.

Heh, nothing personnel, kid.

Not surprised that people with such a mindset would ask for a removal of the most integral core mechanics

I mean, at least you're being honest.

Reminds me of those memes where the kid burns the house down over a spider

If it just one on one battle, that may make sense, or it doesn't matter. I have 8 armies standing right next to each other and Tzeentch can using its 4 armies to offensively ambush one of my armies make no sense at all.

The sneaky part is fine, no reinforcement coming for the target of the ambush is the problem. I have 8 armies standing right next to each other in encampment, Tzeentch can teleport ambush one of my armies, and they have reinforcement and I have not is what I call unacceptable.

There is no kid here, just a 30 years old man who want some amusement while struggling with my paper and thesis. Tzeentch may teleport, but it shall teleport behind all of my armies, not just one of them.

Tzeentch armies can offensively ambush my armies one by one in a single turn and my other armies standing right next to the one being ambushed in the campaign map just stand here like a dump is definitely not "the most integral core mechanic". Ambush itself is fine, offensive ambush may be acceptable, but offensive ambush with reinforcement blocked is just too much.

no cellphones in the past
until your people run to the other armys people and then the other army packs its stuff and moves to reinforce
no help is coming and could be coming for a loooong time

You have my sympathies, OP.

As much as some people will defend it, I don't think it's a well-conceived mechanic. Ambush defense chance should probably apply to it in the case of teleport (already does with skaven/high elves), and it definitely shouldn't allow the attacker to reinforce.
