Champions of Chaos is fantastic. They made one of the most tedious and dull factions into one of the most interesting. Highly recommend it.
Shadows of Change is also really good and I recommend, but if I only had to choose one it would be Champions.

I ended up buying both, just so I would have the full breadth of content to play with.
Yeah, you'll get a ton of playtime out of them for sure. Have fun dude :)
SoC is def NOT worth it at all, no matter what the shills tell you.
just look what it offers and it doesn't come close to 5% of the base game for 45% of the gameprice with bad replay value
