I can't play as Torek/Rakat in tw: wh3

I am a member of a Steam family in which all the content for WH1, WH2 and WH3 has been purchased. But when I start the game, I cannot select these two lords, I am only offered to "get" the necessary content for VH1 or VH2. The Lord selection button is inactive and redirects to a pop-up window with a choice of the necessary DLCs (opposite which the check marks are lit, since this product has been purchased). I tried to install VH2, launch the game directly from the product page "VH2 - Torek Ironbrow", but each time I am offered to "get" those DLC. The same situation is with Rakat, since these two lords are free for VH2.
Is there a solution for this situation? Thanks!


P.S. A couple of years ago I was able to play for Torek once, but I do not remember all the manipulations that I did to "open" this lord.

Seems like DLC are not in Family Sharing

This has been an issue for a while now. I don't know of any fix to it.
Is all the content owned by the same account?

This is a old issue, not even sure if it's a bug or working as intended.

As I understand it: The characters in question are FLC (free content) but with a requirement of having access to the race from another source (game or dlc). Since you don't technically own the game/FLC when family sharing it you don't meet the requirements and can't unlock the FLC.

Been like that for a long time.

You can share DLC (they fixed that issue as far as I know), just not the FLC.
