It's unlikely you'll find one, because Skaven are one of the weakest AI factions you can possibly encounter. That's not exaggeration, hyperbole, or trolling on my part, the Skaven AI is actually trash beyond belief.

Not even close. instant teleport behind your units from any range. instantly destroys any back line units.
huge nukes.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ earth quakes
everything about them is broken. the wind mortars? trash.

nah going to keep looking for a mod, you are welcome to play with them as they are.

The "teleport" you are talking about is a temporary unit summon of low tier infantry with poor leadership. A single cavalry charge will break them, and then they usually run for long enough to unsummon.
The "nuke" is only available from 1 faction(Clan Skryer/Ikit Claw), is limited in use, and you can minimize the impact by spreading your units out more(or bait it with a summoned unit or a hero/lord, since it deals minimal damage to single entities).
The earth quake is a special hero ability. You can assassinate them on the world map with your own agents before they become an issue.

Skaven have a lot of weird tricks to make up for their horrible leadership(they flee easily in battle) and poor quality of their infantry.
They are basically all glass cannons, and only some of the units have the actual cannons.

My best advice would be to play them yourself and understand what their strengths and weaknesses are, then consider how the AI uses it against you, then counter it.

Why would you mod out rallying? That's a fundamental part of the game (and warfare). It also makes low leadership factions completely worthless.

There's a mod that disables nukes, such as Warpstorm Doomrocket, for AI factions.

this seems like you dont understand how the battles work. maybe play as them and find out.

This game is balanced asymmetrically. Every race is highly unique with their own strengths and weaknesses. It sounds like you'd rather nerf everything into the ground instead of learning to play the game. Historical total wars might be more to your liking.

Sorry but this is a gold plated skill issue
pauloandrade224 Nov 14, 2024 @ 2:03am
yeah the skaven are pretty easy to deal with. especially the menace below... just have some dudes protecting ur artillery..

focus fire to take out the weapons teams and the warp grinder units they are their most dangerous ones.

also if u play it right with the skaven u can get basically a world war 2 army going up against medieval or fantasy medieval armies ( except the drawfs they are in world war 1 id say) and be completely overpowered.

like the ratling guns with infinite ammo LUL or warplock jezzails where they have like 500 range. they become artilery that snipes units from afar. they are so broken. in my opinion

The only thing I really hated about the Skaven was when they could ambush your army that was besieging one of their settlements, but I believe they patched that out (someone correct me if I'm wrong). They are still annoying as heck at times, but I've never had any issues dealing with them, even when they ambush my army with one or two more armies as reinforcements (hard battle difficulty). In all honesty, I find them weaker than before when used by the AI, but maybe that's just me.

What is that nuclear bomb ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that they do anyways? I was playing a few weeks ago and I watched as like 5-6 whole units of elite infantry got completely vaporized in a moment. That is just straight up ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

That's Skryre Clan exclusive. Their Nuke bomb. Only 1 per battle.
But you'll learn from your mistakes (aka "spread out" / "sacrifice one for the team").

And yes, it's a "skill issue" OP.
