Gotrek and Felix Quest is Hot Garbage

Unlimited Reinforcements?

Level 1 Gotrik versus a level 15 Keeper of Seekers?

Did Creative Assembly even playtest this garbage?

Not only is it very monotonous and repetitive but the scaling is completely messed up, also unlimited spawning reinforcements. Very mediocre game design.

Literally just run up to support G&F in melee with spears, heroes, cav, whatever, and have something fast get the attention of the summoners.

They run to you, and you kill them.

Infinitely spawning enemies don't belong in strategy games. Period full stop.

Quest battle is easy if you bring the right army for it. Bring an army of faster units that can push to the Alluresses to stop them from summoning additional units. If you try and win the fight by sitting back and shooting you will lose.

infinite spawning enemies are amazing for a last stand scenario in strategy games.

My only issue with the quest was as dwarfs.
They died before my inf arrived, so i had to rebuild it with a speedier focus.

A Rune Priest with Rune of Speed helps. Not kidding.

Or you can just use a Slayer stack, they're fast enough to get there in time.

Yeah I HATE this stupid quest battle
Tried it umpteenth times with a beefy Gelt army, 3 Wizards (one Jade to heal, a Fire to kill, and Gelt), a General to take on the Demon, all level 20+, tons of WM, Elector Arty and Steam Tank, and this cretin Gotrek always manage to suicide during the short time I have to focus on damaging the Alluresses to stop the spawning
What's infuriating is that you lose because of the stupid AI not your skill, and because Gotrek which is immortal get killed ??

I had Franz, a life mage and a crappy low tier Empire army(Swordsmen,spearmen and crossbows) And i just advanced my army in formation like usual and engaged the stuff attacking Gotrek and Felix and healed them with my life mage while Franz on his griffon soloed all the 3 Alluress by himself... pretty easy actually if you got healz and a strong flying unit. was on hard difficulty btw.

The quest battle design is terrible, but I don't really think it's that hard to beat, just aggravating as all hell due to Gotrek offing himself far too quickly.

I'm not going to build an army specifically built for speed just to try and get another lord. Maybe just don't make a quest battle that punishes certain factions more than others for lacking speed when the lack of speedy units isn't in our control.

Gotrek isn't a lord anymore. He and felix are both legendary heroes.

Stupid quest battle , all my units are firearm and artillery , there is no way to beat this quest battle without teamkilling suicidal gotrek

Sounds like its your army comp that's stupid, not the quest battle. Find a friend to play mp campaign with and see how your firearm and artillery stack works out against someone with iq of more than a rock.
