Total War Warhammer 3 crash at battle or end turn loading

I really got into the game, and then the crashes began. Later on in the campaign, if I go into a manual battle or get attacked, the game crashes after the battle. It's getting annoying when I have to fight the same lord four times in a row, and it keeps crashing. The only thing that kinda works is if I retreat, but that should not be my only option.
