Yes? There's the official TW one, and then a bunch of others for TW:WH, Warhammer Fantasy, or TW in general. There are even some just for multiplayer. Pretty sure some guys had a group for multiplayer campaigns specifically, but I never joined that.

You could just look up some channel making WH3 videos on Youtube and join their Discord.
