It can still be a demanding game due to the size of the map but in any of the battles I don't seems to have any FPS issues.
Looking at videos on other games there is basically no performance difference between Win10 and Win11. Or even Win7.
(From a gaming point of view)
Not made the change myself though.
For OP, know a couple of 11. Not heard them say they have issues.

But to be fair, win 10 updates also caused perfomance loss previously. So sit on 10 for as long as you can and don't update.
