Windows 11
Planning to upgrade to win11 but I'm worried about performance loss to WH3. Should I stay to Win10 or no?

It can still be a demanding game due to the size of the map but in any of the battles I don't seems to have any FPS issues.

Looking at videos on other games there is basically no performance difference between Win10 and Win11. Or even Win7.

I'm playing on a Windows 11 Gaming Laptop that was marketed to play games like Warhammer Darktide and so far Total War Warhammer 3 is running fine enough on it.

I'm following the law of alternates on Windows. Windows 10 was good, which guarantees 11 is a train wreck, and 12 will in all likelihood be competent again.

To be fair, not really heard bad things about 11 lately.
(From a gaming point of view)

Not made the change myself though.

For OP, know a couple of 11. Not heard them say they have issues.

I've been using Windows 11 for a month, and it seems quite similar to Windows 10, just with some added bells and whistles. While I acknowledge there's likely more happening beneath the surface, when compared to Windows 10, I don't have any complaints. In Windows 10, the most challenging task for me was achieving acceptable performance while running Star Citizen for instance.

Get it, you will be happy with it

Can't say I've had any issues that I could just chalk up to win11. Although I didn't try win10 with my current build.

Recent win 11 update caused massive perfomance loss.

But to be fair, win 10 updates also caused perfomance loss previously. So sit on 10 for as long as you can and don't update.

Been using w11 for over a year now, it's been working great both for gaming and prod.
