Those traits are few however.
10% larger bladder?
5% more powerful stream?
Asparagus for dinner?
10% evasion from police chance?
Other than those, the only slightly useful ones I can think of are "Intelligent" - higher chance of a failed enemy's attack resulting in them being wounded, Knowledgeable - extra XP, Perceptive - Further LoS - and as mentioned above - Strategist.
Kislev Frost Maidens have an Ice Court trait to improve Assassinate, and a few more to generally improve campaign actions. Ice Witches have one to improve Frost Maidens success chance in the province.
Chaos warrior Heroes have innates that improve Wound/Assassinate or Assault, and have battle stats on top.
Wood Elf Branchwraiths have innates with abilities similar to the Treeman ones, but two of them improve Wound or Block Army.
All campaign movement traits are personal movement traits - Lords just have an army following them.
Here's the difference between a non-Strategist and a Strategist Hero; note that both say their movement range is 100/100 but the Strategist can still move further (saying it costs 4% less to embed at the next settlement when both are adjacent to the starting settlement).

The fact that it's still 100/100 is part of the problem when embedded Heroes earn or change mounts and cause the army (base 110, plus whatever the lord's bonuses are) to lose movement range.
