Does it have to be the slaanesh faction that gave the mark?
Although how much actual impact is it having? The corruption gain shouldn't be that big (i.e. the kind of thing that you can often ignore completely) and shouldn't be applying faction wide.
"Seductive influence +8 for this characters faction"
Seductive Influence isn't corruption, it's Slaanesh's vassal mechanic. I'm not sure it even does anything against the player. The only way I can see it having any negative effect, unless you've got a bunch of characters with Gifts or are doing diplomacy with Slaanesh, is if you're specifically playing Dwarfs super tall with the Deeps and have only a few cities.
Vanilla Gift of Slaanesh is +5 corruption to the province only. If it's more than that you're likely playing with mods. If that's the case, what mod you are playing with is pretty important information.
