For that price I'd absolutely recommend it. Personally I think the game is a masterpiece.
But sure, G 2 A was worse, you could even pay for insurance when buying something there before.
I saw a discussion from a dev. that complained about Kinguin and G2play, they said that rather than buying from there it's better to pirate their games.
The sellers on those sites use stolen CC and afterwards the Game producer has to waste a ton of money in court rooms, lawyer fees and other crap tied to criminality for a fking 10$ purchase .... because it was basically them accepting stolen money.
I was also using those sites a LOT until I watched that interview. Better pirate a game, see if you like it and if you do then see for yourself if you think it's work the price asked here or on their site by the dev.
And what do You want from Kinguin?
If these keys are functional - it simply means, that it is not scam. These keys were created to be selled. They do not have any duty to reveal where they get the keys, provission etc.
Like Your local shops do not publicly reveal prices from providers
Base game TWW3 is 60% off.. other stuff 75-50%.. from what i saw..
