Game of Thrones total war

So whats next after warhammer? I would love to see a Game of thrones total war. Campaign map would be of course Westeros and essos. Maybe expansion could be about Roberts rebellion. What do you guys want to see?

Trolls, orcs, dwarfs, elves etc... the whole list of Middle earth is present in this game. Gotr will need a new game developed. Lotr will be a cheap clone. Guess wich one will come first if any?

who to play for would be a tough one. with the lannisters at least gold wont be a problem. or whatever the main currency is. I felt watching the series it would be perfect for alternate scenarios as you never know in the film who was going to come out on top or what could happen, more so than other movies. What if stannis had survived? or what if the starks and Daenerys Targaryen turned on each other over the ashes of kings landing? A long siege of the Eyrie would be cool see if it lives up to its name. All I can say this would be My favorite total war besides a Medieval total war 3 that adds Asia and the new world in expansions.

Yeah.. but Dragonstone will be upgraded to T5 with obsidian (dragon glass) arrow ballista towers.. with aimbot 🙈

I think Aegon the conquerer would be best fitting. Exiled from Valyria and conquer Westeros, uniting 7 kingdoms with his 2 sister waifus. See Harren hall in its full glory before melting it

The obvious choice is MTW3 but CA have problems here because how do you top a near 20 year old game that has a 95% review rating and the answer is the current CA team cant they lack any form of imagination or creativity when compared to the CA team 20 years ago.

people do not realise that "Game of Thrones" (or rather, the "A Song of Ice and Fire" books canon) holds HUGE potential!

-it could be a mix of both Historical and Fantasy titles, which could please fans of both franchises!

-each Noble House holds rich history and lore they could draw from for faction benefits and campaign skills

Lannisters using gold and underhanded tacticts, the Baratheon being nearly unbrekable and using Melisandre's magic, the Tyrell focusing on infrastructure and replenishment etc.etc.

-being a mix of fantasy and historical, they could go wild with units, as there is already a Tabletop game with units from the ASOIAF universe, with their units being thematic for the faction without being OP.

-the Campaign could involve something way more complex, with bloodlines, marriages, betrayals and such!

Warhammer 40ks politics was pretty binary. Basically kill and exterminate everything not your faction and endless war. Might be interesting if implemented right. Game of thrones politics was shifting alliances never knowing what could happen. MTW3 I would love to play for japan and unleash My Samurai army on Europe, the Aztecs and India

Game of Thrones is based on the Cousins War in England or its better known as the War of the Roses so why not base a new game on actual events rather than fantasy.

Wars of the Roses is far more interesting than Game of Thrones.

Lately, I've been becoming a bigger fan of 40k, so I'm not actually opposed to the idea. I would have preferred Medieval 3, Shogun 3, or even the rarely argued Empire 2, but it doesn't really matter anymore. Pharoah, Troy, Britannia and Three Kingdoms were all disappointing.

Game of thrones politics are rather boring, usually it's just 4 large kingdoms fighting each other for thousand years, than Targaryens come and wype the floor, it would be not very interesting to play.
Besides, name me what warhammer lacks comapred to GoT?
Remove dragons and whites from GoT and you will just get medieval england.

Meh, the whole WH 40k and its idiotic over the top lore seems made for pubers who are tired of playing with Transformers back in the 80s. And its done to death already. Dawn of war 3 was where it should have ended imo. I actualy like that game despite all the boo boos from the "fans"
