Looking at for example Stellaris; if you search for a specific type of mod, you'll have to bring a shovel to dig through around 99.5% of the mods being some kind of anime portrait pack or star wars shipset or whatever unrelated content.
Yep also intended to write "WHFB IP", but this section doesn't specify it (probably a different section does but this is pretty clear about forbidding third party IP)
