We will probably start seeing promotion materials and dev talk videos around May. Although nothing official has been said, it's largely speculated that the next dlc will include Slaanesh and most likely the elves.
IF they do Medieval 3 then I hope they are paying attention to Manor Lords. I'm not saying they need to copy the entire thing because TW is not a city builder genre. But the campaign management side of TW is pathetic, and basic really. It could be vastly expanded upon. And really that's the only way the historical games are going to be able to compete. They will never have the faction variety of fantasy. So we need greater depth in the civilization management/political side.
