Please complain at me.
I will be your surrogate mother and father complainers of TW: Warhammer 1,2, and/or 3.
Whining is well deserved.

Express your reasonable lamentations and frustrations with this game and I will do what I can to ease the burden. 🫂

I like playing Empire too much. A vast majority of my playtime is with Karl Franz. He is so handsome and manly. Why did CA make Empire so much fun? They are too fun and everything else is slightly less fun. Why would CA do this to me?

They really do consume far too much of my time also making high quality content.

I mean Greasus is going to have Karl Franz esque mechanics to him though not to the same degree.

More diplomatically engaging factions would be awesome!

I believe the Slaanesh/High Elf/Dark Elf DLC might touch on this a smidge.

I guess a real complaint is I'm not personally really looking forward to the new Ogre stuff. I'll probably still buy it, but I have a feeling Golg's mercenary mechanic is going to be a slight improvement over the current underwhelming Ogre contracts. I hope to be proven wrong though.

Yeah, Slaanesh is probably the faction I played least, so I would love to see what's in their future

EXPLAIN ME THEN WHY ADMIRAL OF BLAFK ARK STILL HAS DISCIPLINE NODES IN HIS TALENT TREE SINCE RELEASE OF GAME 2?

Why it all just comes down to a frame of mind.

Have you considered not to take this game too seriously and have more fun with it?

As that is the reason why all games exist.

Have you considered it is a giant treasure hoard throne and not merely "a mobility scooter" conjuring images of parents, grandparents, uncles and other known old relatives players of this fanbase have that such a word ushers into their mind that provokes helplessness, shame, indignity and weakness.

There is also modding, you can find one that changes him or you could create your own.

Stay safe my child.

I believe that it will encourage you to focus on building camps within other people's empires since you will need to fulfill your contracts.

And that by focusing around giving conquered territories to other factions it will be a considerably different and fun campaign playstyle, one that encourages more diplomacy and interactivy with other factions.

I'm disappoint because CA is utterly unable to properly balance offensive buffs. Did you know some are actually noob traps and will cause your units to perform WORSE on the field?

I need a hug and a pacifier.

Well, if you're actively looking for complaints, let me look what I have in my mental backlog...

I hate Kislev's roster design. None of their stuff feels comfy to use (Kossars/cav squishy, Armoured Kossars short-range direct-fire, Ice Guard neither as tough nor as dangerous at range as other T4 ranged, big monsters squishy as heck, etc).

The worst part is honestly By Our Blood, I think - units have to be balanced around having it (and thus weaker in situations where it doesn't come up), and by being an ability which barely matters if you're not already losing, it's not fun to use and not fun to play against.

I've played campaigns as Kislev. I've won campaigns as Kislev. But dangit, I still hate them, and more than anything else about them I hate Kislev v Kislev mirror matches, they're utterly joyless.

Dwarfs units with AI buffs (especially trollhammers and hammerers) having to be wiped out to the last entity rather than ever routing is ridiculous.

It sucks that vanilla legendary lords from TW:WH2 still don't have unique faction mechanics. A lot of them feel really boring and samey as a result. I want to want to play Tyrion, but I don't actually want to play Tyrion. :(

The various battle bugs which get flying units permanently stuck (landing in terrain, becoming uncontrollable and flying endlessly up) can take a long walk off a short pier.

The pacing of TW:WH3 means campaigns are effectively won far earlier than in the previous two games, and it makes me sad. It frequently means that I don't ever get to address a real challenge with high-tier units, or use things like Bretonnian confed technologies, because they were designed for a slower game.

My favourite race will probably get content, but it probably won't be the final DLC, and as a result I expect them to get powercrept. I wish they'd stop with the powercreep and just let lords' power levels be set by a combination of lore and consistent balance.

Tzeentch teleport stance is overpowered and lacks sufficient counterplay. It should at least be subject to ambush defense chance so people can use stances to have a chance at resisting the ambush; the WoM cost of Teleport (pre-tech) doesn't even begin to offset how powerful an attack-friendly underways stance with guaranteed successful ambush is.

It's been years and buff/debuff magic is still niche and generally low-value compared to damage and healing spells.

Skills and traits which buff a unit do not, by default, apply to characters riding that unit. It's never made sense to me. It can't be purely a balance thing, because some things like Ikit's workshop explicitly do offer effects which apply to characters riding the unit.

Pop-up towers in siege battles still use the same rickety wooden model for every race and every tier, and it breaks my immersion every time I see it.

There are too many mechanics the AI doesn't use, even when they wouldn't obviously ruin the game for the player. I understand the philosophy behind preventing AI Wood Elves from using their global teleport (even though I think that's a bad call), but the AI's allowed Tzeentch manifestations (something which actually can end up gratuitously griefing the player if multiple Tzeentch factions decide to pick on them at once) but not Throt's mutations? Ikit's nukes are okay, but not Imrik's legendary dragons? What gives?

An awful lot of units recruit at tiers relative to their power which either make them never worth getting (most High Elf heavy infantry/cavalry) or so good that a bunch of other units are never worth getting as a result (Irondrakes, Ironbreakers). A lot of the time, the recruitment tier doesn't even match the numeral on the unit card, leaving me confused as to what CA even intended the power level of the unit to be. This isn't the only reason a lot of units aren't competitively viable, but it's a big part of it and it makes me sad. Every unit should have its niche.

That's all I got right now, but I'm sure I can come up with more if you're still searching later!

I cant play without mods. WHY? Why does the vanilla game suck so much that I have to use mods?

The AI can’t build proper settlements which means they can’t build proper armies

The AI all act the same in battle and the map. Orcs will run to the back of the level and get shot to pieces for a while before rushing forward, because of the auto resolve prediction when they should rush you instantly

Every AI acts the same in sieges and does the same as above actually running off their walls and walking away if you play a shooting faction

AI allies are pointless as they can’t and won’t coordinate armies and they won’t trade settlements.

If Bretonnia say took Altdorf, they should be giving it back not keeping it and the empire should be declaring war if they don’t

Most the lords have no unique mechanics and are pointless to play as.
