Extremely slow and laggy CA launcher

Hey everyone. As the title says, lately my ca launcher became very laggy and slow. Has anyone encountered this too? Thanks in advance

I think its a known bug for a while now....I think It just happens to Intel Cpu's. I got the same Problem atm...after the launcher everything works fine again.

Hmm, strange. I have ryzen cpu tho. I uninstalled game today, at first launcher lagged too, but second time it worked as it should.

It was one of the things listed in the last patch as they are aware of but not in the patch. So probably in 6.2.

Just one question, is there a way to add launch settings in steam to launch it when I launch from steam?

It happened to me too, looks like you've already gone a different route but you just have to go and delete the "launcher" folder (Users/you/appdata/roaming/Creative Assembly/Launcher) and it will redownload/ fix itself the next time you launch through steam
