Is Karl Franz supposed to start with 0 imperial authority?
I started a new Karl campaign and have 0 authority. I thought it was odd and found a 4 day old video of someone playing Karl and they started with 66 authority. I have no mods. Is my game bugged?

Edit: Validated my files, a single one was missing and now imperial authority works lol
