Sc2 was released 12 years ago. I think it was one of the best most polished rts games released. Blizzard is a ♥♥♥♥ company today imo.

So I have no opinion on the actual content of the thread's OP.... but what the hell is this grandstanding, pearl-clutching nonsense calling it "gross" to use display the words of a man who passed away? How is this relevant AT ALL?

Are people not allowed to bring up Socrates to help make a point? He's dead, after all- is that not insensitive?

Or... is it only insensitive when the dead person is saying something you don't like? HMM.

Socrates didn't die in the last 10 years. I don't even care myself but its a really obvious observation that people get emotional over celebrity deaths in society. No one is emotional over Socrates death.

Blizzard also released Diablo 3. Just because they weren't completely terrible back then doesn't mean the rot hadn't already been creeping in for years before that. Designer Dave on youtube was a level designer for Warcraft 3 and isn't shy about how Blizzard changed during WoW's development for the worse.
