How to edit diplomacy stuff?
Hey ya’ll, does anyburdi know what tables to edit in the db to determine which factions can make treaties with each other? :doge:

I wanted to ally the Chorfs as beastmen, but the game doesn’t give me any such option in the diplomacy screen. :winter2019saddog:

Using the "All diplomatic options - vassalize liberate confederate" mod you can vassalize them in the same manner that archaeon does by taking their last settlement.

Not directly what you asked for, but a potential work around to accomplish almost the same thing.

Hmm, if nothing else, I might be able to dissect that mod in order to figure out which tables to edit. :monsterthinking:

Thank you fren, I’d give you an extra helpful award, but I’m out of points for the moment. :donpug:
No prob! Also might be worth looking at Daemonic Diplomacy mod if you're gunna dissect them. That one lets chaos factions have normal diplo options with non chaos factions.

I had both mods running when i checked before giving you my initial reply. Point being the combo was insufficient for beastmen, but does what i need them to for everyone else.
Those 2 are the most relevant tables. What kind of mod tool you use. Assemby kit or rpfm?

db/campaign_group_member_criteria_diplomatic_attitudes_tables
db/start_pos_diplomacy_tables

The second one I think, is the one what that I use I mean. :donpug:

Then you can open data.pack and search for "diplomacy" you will get a lot of results. So I checked them and think those two I mentioned should be the only one that matter.

I checked also if any script interferes with diplomacy, but it seems not.

I hope this helps you. Mod reengineering is adviced too:steamhappy:
