how to move the capital of faction?
when you capital is not at least a main city of a province, that is veryvery veryvery Uncomfortable

You can't.
But it doesn't matter whether the capital is a minor or major settlement.

You can move capital in Rome 1 and Medieval 2

As Elite said, not only there's no faction's capital, but it also doesn't matter your only settlement within a province is a minor or major one.
You can lose your starting city as well, no problems.
No need for a mod.

There is a faction capital, it has a special border around the flag, and it's important to decide whether you can trade or not. And it's defined in the startpos file.
But it being minor or major doesn't make a difference as far as I know.

That's helpful, I didn't pay attention to that detail (most likely bcs I didn't face a situation which impacted trade as much ~ compared to 3K for example). Thx for the tip.

nonono, I notice that AI like attack your capital, and minor city is hard to defend as no wall now

It was an issue for a couple factions like Malus in Mortal Empires.
