Chaos Dwarfs not showing up in IE?

Purchases the new DLC. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the chaos dwarfs are still not showing up as a race to select in IE... Anyone else run into this?

I tried disabling them all and still no dice. So delete them all so there are no mods to get the DLC to download and then reload them?

Mods don't prevent downloads.
Are you on windows?

Yep. Already reinstalled the game, cleared the download cache, changed download region, no dice...

What version does it say in the main game menu?
Are you opted into some beta version?

(Also if you are using a Mac or Linux then the DLC isn't released yet for your operating system).

Okay, then the update is downloaded.
Do you see a white dot at the bottom left corner with all mods deactivated in the launcher?

I had this problem with Mixu's Unlocker. Just in case.

I uninstalled and reinstalled 2 more times and then they showed up. Feels like something is up with this DLC download getting to machines but I didn't do anything special other than uninstalling and reinstalling a few times

for sure it's mods, they're free but only when it comes to money, not necessarily hassle.

Yah just to follow up with more info here. Any outdated mods will cause the chaos dwarfs to not show up for IE. All of those have to be off when loading the game or they won't show up as an option

More specifically its this mod that causes the Chaos Dwarfs to disappear from the select a race screen in IE: More Building Slots [BETA] 14/16/18 version

You said you weren't using mods....
And no, it's not any mod, I'm using plenty of outdated mods and they show up fine.
