Hate say it but check those drivers/pc updates, verify dem files, double check no dumbass energy savings settings etc were defaulted with your card/proc. Should not be getting performance like with a 4080. Oh unless have an intel proc then I dunno...good reason why I stopped buying that brand going on a decade now ;)

I'm merely saying if it's 12/13 then yes there is a known issue which is probably the cause.
There is also a temporary fix which seems to work also.
Was hard to read the rest of your post sorry but I think your saying your confused why campaign is worse than battle?
There can be more going on then you can see and yes that's probably down to them.
My AMD IE benchmark is showing a noticeable dip in one spot but not really seen it in the game.
