Gorduz didn't spawn / not recruitable?

Playing as Drazhoath - I completed the Gorduz quest (recruit 8 hobs) but he didn't spawn and isn't recruitable. Anyone else have this issue?

Didn't happen to me, but i had seen a post about the new Kislev/Empire hero not spawning if your faction leader was under siege when it triggered. Might that have happened in your campaign?

Also happened to me, on drazhoath in the Realm of Chaos campaign. My leader wasn't under siege or anything, Gorduz just didn't appear after finishing the quest lol

As a side note - is quest to recruit hobos to get Gorduz ever visible in UI?
I have been testing around with Zhatan and Drazhoath in IE. Never saw any quest. Gorduz appeared in Zhatan's campaign after a short while and never appeared in Drazhoath's -
despite me doing roughly the same: fighting, recruiting hobgoblins of different kinds - infantry, archers, cavalry...up to 12 units.

Hey there folks! One note from our QA team: if you captured a settlement with a Hobgoblin recruitment building already in place, it will not trigger the Gorduz Backstabber quest. You will need to destroy the building and rebuild it to activate the quest line.

If that is the problem, let us know that it worked for you. If there is another issue preventing the quest from triggering, please include as much detail as you're able here and we'll pitch it over to our QA team for review.

The quest triggers after tearing down a taken over and then building a new camp, as else they and me wouldn't get to step 2 (1 beeing build a camp). But completing the step 2 (8 hobgobbos) only finishes the quest w.o. reward or next step.

I managed to recruit Gorduz after loading a previous save before finishing recruiting 8 hobgobblin units!

Last time, when I finished the quest, Drazhoath was garrisoned in the Skrap Towers minor settlement I conquered and converted into an Outpost. Gorduz didn't spawn here.

I moved Drazhoath out of the city and after finishing the quest, Gorduz spawned. Gorduz not spawning may have something to do with being garrisoned when the quest completes. Hope this helps!

Quest not popping for me. My account is connected and I've torn down and rebuilt a hobgoblin mustering camp several times now. I've even tried building them in separate provinces just to try that.

The quest never pops up.

Happened for me too. On a Drazoath campaign, completed Gorduz's "8 Types of Hobgoblin units" quest, he never spawned and I can't recruit him.

I did not destroy the original hobgoblin building I captured (I believe it was Darkhold settlement, like the second settlement you get in his IE campaign). I don't have a save game that goes back far enough so I will destroy that original building and update if anything changes.

Edit: Yeah went and destroyed/rebuilt the hobgoblin settlement. Still no change in the quest line problem. Seems no Gorduz for me cuz I don't have a save game far enough back :/
