Any tips for Chorfs?
I know they just came out today but anyone got some tips? I have no idea what I'm doing lol. I'm keeping an even ratio of outposts to factories but have found myself drowning in armaments and don't have enough raw materials to build anything.

Definitely try to reverse that. I suck with them on the army side but I do know you want tons of raw materials so you can fast tech and get to your not-suck units.

From my understanding treat them like tomb kings. Mix of some elite some not elite until later.
Gather armaments to buff your elites be nuts.

On playing more, I've come to the conclusion you should probably have a 2:1 Outpost to factory ratio, this makes sure you have extra raw materials and can have every factory pumping out armaments and gold

Also make sure you have enough labourers in your regions. If not, send out a caravan to get some more :) No sla... err labourers, no work gets done.

get dwarf range of atleast 3 to 4 units at start with atleast 3 dwarf inf rest gobs do red line for army buffs do the first 3 towns then go for scaven take him out fast then the guy to north the the chaos dwarf next to you. that should be your campain plane.
at start make a 2nd army and hire gobs by turn 3 and get rdy to attack the carvans that come by your capital use the 2nd army to get new troops and attack carvans

If you occupy a Port settlement go Factory, they get a boost to Armament output from being a port. The ports don't do too much for the outposts. Aside from that look for resource types that give a boost to Arms output, stack the bonuses where you can so you gain more Arms for less Resources used. Generally i had about 3 Outposts for each Factory i made. Around turn 40 i was building the second tier artillery building, Centaur building as well as ~ 10 infantry slots (the most basic shielded warriors) 6 blunderbuss slots, 4 artillery and 4 centaur slots unlocked.

For a defense stack grab a couple of artillery pieces, 3 or 4 Chaos Dwarf infantry units, a pair of blunderbusses, slap the Hobgoblin legendary hero in and fill up on Hobgoblin infantry and archers with maybe a few flanking cav units. Go for the melee lord for this stack, they get a unique skill to further boost the hobgoblin units (i forget if it was cost reduction or stat boosts). You can also put a dreadquake defense building in each province capitol and stack the ability uses and missiles per volley in neighboring regions, making for a very powerful defense if you can clump the enemy up.
