How to unlock Ulrika Magdova

I keep getting this exact same message when I contact support:
"Hello,

thank you for contacting SEGA Support.

We have since resolved the issue and you should be able to link your desired account again.


IMPORTANT: Please ensure you link the account via the website before launching the game again.

Yes, she's a hero for the empire and kislev, you don't start as her.

You can't link them in the total war site?

Thorek, Rakarth, Imrik, Repanse, Gor-Rok, Tiktaq'to, Lokhir, Alith Anar, Tretch, Isabella, Grey Wizard, Jade Wizard, Grombrindal, Wurrzag.


All these characters can be downloaded from steam.


It would be extremely appreciated to be the same for Ulrika and future FLC...

After a day of i resolved the issue using Microsoft Edge, currently Chrome is bugged.

so: did get into my CA account or link the steam and CA account.
Now I get only: TO inlock Ulrika xxxxx compelte the unique mission chain.

Need to ask, where do I find that chain?

Get your kislev or empire legendary lord to level 12, and finish the mission chain that starts
