CA won't recognize my birthday as "valid" when I go claim Ulrika

I've never had this issue before.

Edit: Solved. I gave a random fake birthday, and CA accepted it as "valid." I do not understand why CA won't accept my real birthday as valid. What idiots.

Its a firefox issue, if I use edge it loads no issues at all. No Ulrika but according to the FAQ she'll be a option in game to download anyway.

if you have connected your steam account to your CA account, she will be in game already.

Still doesn't solve why creative assembly accounts won't load in firefox, but yes I figured that out, thanks. :D

What format are you using? Day/Month/Year or Month/Day/Year?

I mentioned your issue to a friend who does tech support and they suggested trying the other date format in case that's the issue.

I tried the one they want. Month, day, year. And it won't accept my birthday as valid. But I got it fixed now, because it apparently accepts fake birthdays. What a riot.
