what hero skills stack?

if I put 19 dwarf engineers in the same army would they all be giving each other extra ammo and speed or do hero buffs not apply to other heroes?

I've wondered about hero skill stacking as well.

Abilities do not stack, but effects do. So yes, you could have 19 stack of Master Engineers and they would all buff each other with Requisition and Triangulation.
