As much as i like Elden Ring, all i can picture from this is Malenia shredding every single unit and constantly saying "I am Malenia, Blade of Miquela" every time you click on her.
an RTS taken from the Elden Ring franchise would be cool, but can't see it happening, sadly.
Its not a setting that maintains its feel when transposed into open fields of large scale battle is what I mean. Those games take place after all the big battles, when the heroes of the age have devolved into monsters. And the few remaining at the end of the age are slowing slipping into crestfallen hollowness.
tretch would just be a slightly larger reskinned clan rat as a 'boss' and it would be hilarious
A very, very popular low-fantasy book series about medieval mice and other small animals.
This is such a waste i hoped elden ring would get rid of but it seems they can't build a universe w/o ruining it or coming back to their zombi fetish.
A TW based on the great wars of this universe could be interesting for sure. But i'd be more interested in an actual Fromsoftware in a LIVING world full of interactions. For once.
It will not translate well into a Total war game, that's for certain.
Star Wars or go home
