Having a little problem here.
I have the pyramid of itzl building and ziggurat of the old ones built, both on the same settlement, but I cannot seem to recruit the engine. Neither within the region or through the global recruit pool.

I have Oxylotl's DLC, I have "warlock and the prophet" DLC, yet that unit keeps stating I need to build the ziggurat in order to recruit it

Are you able to recruit any other units from the Prophet and the Warlock, such as Salamanders, Red Crested Skinks, Ark of Sotek Bastiladons or Ripperdactyl Riders?

Yes I am, I was able to recently hire those units, especially the red crested skinks, since I got the prophet & warlock pack last month.

De nada. I got no mods on. The save is not even old, just made this Oxylotl play yesterday, 8/26
