Unify Command not working for Empire

Playing as Franz and used the unify command on the 10 fealty province and it does nothing what is wrong?

Will someone please help I play the base game without mods and the unify command on the 10 fealty still doesn't work game wont explain ♥♥♥♥ to me

Also the Imperial Authority bar does not show up when playing and I have no idea why either.

I am a Karl Franz main and never seen this. Mods - or you are mistaken?

interesting...I have never experienced that personally. not sure what the cause could be other than mods or possibly the need to verify the file integrity.

That's definitely not normal.

Have you tried verifying file integrity? It sounds like something is corrupt or you have mods active that you don't think are.

What faction are you playing as? (Faction that start outside of the empire needs a settlement within the empire before unlocking it).

Playing as Franz and played base game with no mods and Authority bar did not show up did an intgrety check will let you know how it goes

Yeah, I am beginning to wonder if you don't know hot the system works. Have you ever had it work?

use it with Franz nothing happens for 5-10 turns so I assumed something isnt working right make sure diplomacy value were 200+ with province but nothing happens no confederation offers or anything happens.
