Any benefit to moving the Dwarf Capital to Karak Eight Peaks?
Or is it purely a flavour decision?

Think it is mainly just intended for Belegar, if your playing anyone else not worth it in my opinion.

I was wondering this too. I don't think you get any benefits or penalties for your capital. In wh2 capital location determined who you could trade with, but I don't think it does anything in 3.
