they run in to melee distance instead
you know it's gonna be exactly like this
We will see if CA double down on failure.
I don't like ww2 either but at least it is popular.

He hears this from sources inside the company. He has several too but he still take it as a rumor.
He's not one to just spread baseless rumors as facts either.
I'm not sure CA is capable of doing WW2 either. Imagine CA trying to make a D-Day battle map with land, sea and air engagements... that is far beyond CA's capabilities
Could be cool to see how they implement the drastic change in style over a few years. The war started with bayonets and cavalry changes and ended up with nearly static trenches.
A victorian total war would be a lot more exciting for me. Much more potential or just Empire another shot.
Well maybe.... if that video is to go by then Warhammer 40K is being rumoured to be coming out first as the gunpowder historical game doesnt appear to be anywhere near ready if its not likely to be shown till 2026 or later... so there wont be any test run. Both games would follow a similar style i think so i can see reasoning for it making sense to have two games to follow a similar style of war.
Well if WW1 and 40k might as well combine them both...
