Amazing.
There's also a map a little farther down that thread which makes it a little easier.
There are some really odd ones like Ghorst and Skrolk being able to revive in the Southlands. Not sure if that's correct.

BTW I do confirm that Stanky comes back from Bleak Hold and Bleak Hold only.
Also, if there are any Dawi players reading, the bane of your existance the stubborn White Dwarf that won't confederate even if it means dying, actually comes back from Dracla Spire which really sounds awesome for Thrones of Delay once it actually arrives.
