why i don't see any spells on the right bottom?

Sounds a bit vague, may you tell us more about your issue?
What hero or lord are you playing? Did you skill up their spells?

i am playing with dark elves, turn 20, i have a ancient treeman and sisters, i see ancient tree has 2 spells, but in the battle, i don't even see that hourglass and spells around in right bottom

1) I think you must be playing with Wood Elves. (Unless you recruited these as allies)
2) If I remember correctly, the Ancient Treemen have those bound spells as abilities. They are limited use but don't use winds of magic.

4. I don't even have time recover my army, playing as Heralds of Ariel, i only took 2 settlements, and having war with 3 factions already. I also Tried with Bretonia, no money, nothing.. how are you supposed to upkeep the army cost when there is no income?

Ancient Treemen are regular casters with the Lore of Life, so they always start with spells.

They get their bound spells from traits (e.g. Lamentation of Despairs)
