Chaos chariot vs Rot beast for Exalted Hero of Nurgle

I remember in the past exalted hero of Nurgle can achieve more than one hundred kills with ease in a single battle. But after ToD, I find the kills no more. Not sure it 's because Nurgle gets other ways to deal damages, such as rot knights or plague ogres, or just because rot beast is not efficent as chaos chariot for killing infantries.

Did someone test it?

I feel Kayzk the Befouled is like a direct upgraded version of exalted hero of Nurgle, if just mount exalted hero of Nurgle on a rot beast.

What did you ask ? It's not very clear.

Are you asking which mount is better ? (circumstantial)
Are you asking is it normal why you can't get as much kills as before ? (yes, patching / balancing / etc...)
If Kayzk is an upgraded version of Exalted Hero of Nurgle ? (as a general rule, a Named character > a random lambda character)
