Then I'd happily consider buying ToD.

- remake the entire game;
- overhaul every single faction;
- provide every single lord / hero that has ever been mentioned in the lore;
- at the very least 20 new units per faction, with completely new models and animations;
- fixing *every single bug* the game ever had;
- and, most importantly, the price tag must not go above $9.99, no matter what.
Now, if we’re talking about the reasonable part of the playerbase instead of the bad faith actors who’ll never be satisfied… well I guess:
- couple new legendary lords/heroes;
- a few new units;
- possibly a master engineer hero type for the empire;
- a new imperial system mechanic, something that might make the empire unite in the face of a common thread but will provide something to do even after you’ve confederated the elector counts in a single faction;
- a price tag that is reasonably aligned with the new additions
Plauge ogers, Bile trolls, Pestigors, Toadragons, Chaos lords, Sorcerer heros, And the great Kurgan Himself.
Kurgan: Cathay North
Li Dao:Ind or Khuresh
Yin-Yin: Nippon or Western Islands of North America
I truly hope Empire gets much love and I will probably buy if that is the case.
SoC has always been the best selling DLC whenever i looked at SteamDB.
Current numbers in top sellers on Steam -
Ogre Kingdoms #2583
Champions of Chaos #1062
Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs #655
Shadows of Change #325
Total War: Warhammer III #127
It already looked like this before the content update.
That's a flawed comparison since the newest products have been higher than older Dlcs most of the times.
That has been the case with almost every Dlc.
It is like saying that Crusader Kings 3 is higher in rank than Crusader Kings 1.
To have a real comparison you should take the rank of older Dlcs during the time they got released, which I already did and they went way higher than Soc.
