Cant recruit theodore bruckner
as the title says cant recruit him as elspeth even when i built the building and the quest is completed.

There is another quest, 1000 kills with melee cavalry units

the thing is i never got the next quest. I just checked my log none of them are killing 1000 with cav.

Edit: verified my files and reloaded a earlier save and now i got the next part of the quest.

I had the same issue with Ulrika. I didn’t get the quest to earn 15K. Reloading the turn I built the required building fixed it for me.
