Don't know much about either of them though, other than what they look like, or what they ride in Strykaar's case. Had to look through lists Slaanesh characters to find Strykaar, and only heard of Dechala through the conversations of everyone's favorite Elf Man.
Masque is already listed as a Legendary Lord and the snake-mutant/snake-rider characters are listed as Legendary Heroes.
Snakes are very likely as a new mount option since they're one of the only units Slaanesh even has left, so the LH would have to be a snake-mutant to stand out. Unless they do upgrade one to LL, since there is precedent for that.
Plus they already have Medusae, give one some extra arms and swords and they'll have Dechala.
Boop snoots at own risk.
Mechanics-wise, one of the non-mutants so they can showcase the (likely) new mount option. Just not sure yet which one of those is more interesting.
"They will never know the safe word" (there never was one to begin with).
Mostly for variety's sake, having some unique athletic or acrobatic ones would help spice it up.
Like how Keepers try too hard to be like Heralds on diplomacy but are suitably theatre-camp in battle.
