Gelt: Needs alternative for Elemental Winds

Love his new campaign and faction overhaul.

However there is one downer:

If you choose to return to the Empire after defeating the Nomads, you lose access to the landmark in the Temple of Elemental Winds settlement. Which gives the ability of said name to all your Battle Wizards.

Seems pretty bad for a faction being all about spellcasters to lose that huge spell damage bonus? Perhaps this should be turned into a permanent buff instead.
