Random attrition damage with new patch?

Hi there. Could use some help figuring out why my armies are getting attrition randomly.

Since the new patch dropped I've been playing a Malakai campaign but for some reason at seemingly random some armies will start to take attrition damage. I check the reasons why and it just says "A recent event." Checking all the logs and what not yields no results.
Usually this passes after 3 turns and I chalked it up to something to do with Norsca or Malakai that I wasn't understanding.

That was until I moved on to Tamurkhan.

It's happening again. For seemingly no reason my army will take a small amount of attrition damage randomly for roughly 3 turns. I cannot for the life of me figure out what's going on.

it took me a while to realize what happened too, its an ability of an enemy faction, not sure which, but it applies attrition for 5 turns regardless of immunity. itll show at the bottom left of your screen by the lord icon, alongside your army buffs.

Tzeentch. Any Tzeentch Demon faction except Changeling.
No, the AI does not need to "see" what it's targeting like the player does.

Tamurkhan has at least one hero that can give attrition in the area of its army I believe

Just use healing magic to counter it. Nurgle or Life should give your single entities full health after 1-2 battles and top off rest of them. Same as it was before with plagues, now there are more sources of this. Maybe if it's not a plague, move your units to a new army to avoid taking attrition?
