Is it just Australia getting a DLC price increase from Shadows of Change ($35.95) to Thrones of Decay ($38.13)?

I didn't purchase the Chaos Dwarf DLC because I thought it was too expensive, I didn't purchase Shadows of Change for the same reason and it seems that CA have yet again increased DLC price with Thrones of Decay.

To put into perspective, I can purchase Manor Lords (albeit on 25% sale) for $44.96.
If I was to purchase the last three warhammer DLC it would cost me $111.03.

Did people simply not vote with their wallets hard enough last time or is CA just trying to grab as much as they can before going kaput?

Australian game prices always make my stomach hurt to look at, no one can question an Australian gamers dedication.(or how many extra jobs they must have to work)

But yeah it's cheaper then the last one here at least.(though I suppose everything else on your list is as well.)

if you do a straight conversion from usd, you are actually getting it at pretty much the same price. 38 aud = 24.32 usd

This is exactly why I stopped buying DLC for this franchise with Chaos Dwarves.
To put it in perspective I own every single piece of DLC content for WH1 and 2.

In NZ a single TOD lord pack is $16.95
It's unacceptable.

and to think this garbage company tried to pull the wool over all your eyes and charge you increasingly more for much less content with SOD and many people here defended it. You people are lucky theres people with a spine that won't let them get away with it.

Them removing regional pricing is also the reason i stopped buying on release,maybe later on sale.New lords do not change gameplay that much to ask almost 10$ for one lord.

Our dollar doesn't have the buying power of the US $.
Wagers are higher.
Companies have to build in small margins to pay for our aggressive pro-consumer laws on returns, warranty etc.
This DLC is also enormous and took more then a year of development including some design overhaul from the ground and tonnes of community interaction and feedback/implementation.
