Can't recruit regiments of renown with Dwarfs

Ok, there is something I'm doing wrong.
I have all three WH-TW titles in my steam account and about 27 free dlcs I've downloaded from CA's website a while ago, including the warden and the pounch and the 30 th anniversary. I see RoR in enemy armies and I have the recruit RoW button available, but I can only recruit Slayers. Thorgrim is at level 31, encamped and within his own territory.
Any ideas what I am missing?

The Dwarf regiments of renown come from The King & The Warlord DLC, so probably that.

If you're curious about what you need for a certain unit, check out the Total Warhammer fandom wiki, the roster table for each race details exactly which product each unit comes from.

I think you are right, and also for anyone new to the game it's an utterly confusing mess on what they have to do to get what.
The actual way CA sells the game needs an overhaul, like "want ME, buy this combo, want IE buy this combo, want this unit buy this pack, want this unit then log into another site which is not Steam but connect your Steam account to it etc". I bet it puts off thousands of casual players that taker a look during sales.
They were so preoccupied with how to split content up for DLC, they didn't stop to think if they should.
