Pretty unhelpful. You spend ages moaning about toxicity in other threads and respond like that to genuine discussions.
In respect of OP, I think it is to fill the gap of chaos warhounds which Tzeench doesn't have and to give them a relatively cheap, fast flanking force.
Personally, I don't really think they're necessary for Tzeench and are a little bit useless for the cost (warhounds are cheaper) but better than nothing. At the very least, it will add more variety to AI armies.
Shill issue
Just like teh Tzaangors, tehy are noty supposed to be good by themselves, they are caster support.
Tzanngors are caster tarpits, Tzentigors are caster snares.
Just nuke them along with whatever they are holding in place.
my point is that they are far too expensive for what they offer to you, and their passive is not steroids like power, it's a meager percentage increase over the course of battle but hardly worth 150 points more than the base unit, which already is too expensive for its stats
They suffer falso from the state of the base unit also, which is already not stellar with 22 in their combat skills
Also... Changebringers. Woot! These are insane.
