New Vilitch campaign needed to recruit lord&exalted hero?

Hi, I was hoping I could continue my Vilitch campaign. I found the new Centigors but no new Lords of T. or the exalted hero.

Where can I find them? Do I need a new campaign?

Lord can only ascend to undivided or T. demon prince.

Found the hero in my list.. Maybe it takes a few turns.
